Onboarding

What happens after you sign in

  1. 01

    Register your company

    Enter your company ID, e-mail and a password. Inside, pick the price band that matches your headcount and confirm the subscription.

  2. 02

    Add your people

    Upload a spreadsheet of employees or invite people one by one. Then create groups — by site or contract type, say — and assign each of them the offers it should see.

  3. 03

    Your people redeem

    An employee opens the benefit on their phone or prints it and shows it at the partner. They enjoy a perk of working for you, and you see the uptake in your dashboard.

What you get

A setup that matches your structure

  • Subscription

    You pay by headcount band. Invoices and receipts live in the company portal, payment runs by card or bank transfer.

  • Employees

    Upload a spreadsheet or invite people one by one. When someone leaves it is one click and the access is gone.

  • Groups

    The default group covers the whole company. Further groups get their own selection of benefits by site or role.

  • Access

    You see who has access and who is still invited. Excluding a single benefit needs no help from support.

  • Billing

    Documents arrive by e-mail and stay in the portal, where you can also download them in bulk. A higher band applies at once, a lower one from the next period.

  • Benefit examples

    Lunches, sport, wellness, travel and education. DAKL curates the catalogue and keeps extending it.
