DAKL Benefits runs a partner network for Czech companies. We grew out of a regional programme and today we operate nationwide.

Most benefit programmes turn a reward into a currency: points, credits, top-ups. The employee has to do the maths and HR has to manage balances. We turned that around. A benefit is a concrete offer from a concrete partner, and the employee redeems it with a coupon.
The company pays one subscription based on headcount and deals with nothing else. The partner offers a discount and gains a targeted audience. The employee opens the coupon on the phone or prints it. Nobody needs an extra card or an extra app.

There is one price and it is visible. The terms of a benefit are on the coupon, not in a contract annex.

Our team helps companies and partners — a sales rep or the operator directly. You are never left with anonymous support.
Data protection
We measure benefit usage, not people. An employer never sees who opened which coupon.

Programme operator
The programme is run by a Czech company. Your contract, invoices and support are with it — no intermediary between you and the partners.
