How do we get started?

Register the company on the Registration page (company ID, e-mail and password) and you are in the company portal. Pick the price band that matches your headcount. Once the subscription is confirmed, the programme is live.

How do I add employees?

Either upload a spreadsheet with names and e-mails or invite people one by one. Everyone receives an invitation, sets a password and signs in with their e-mail and password.

Can different people get different benefits?

Yes. The default group covers the whole company and further groups have their own selection of benefits. A single benefit can also be excluded company-wide.

How is a benefit redeemed?

The employee enters a code or opens the coupon in the app, shows it on the screen or prints it — it depends on the type of benefit. The partner checks the coupon, scans the QR code, or their own system applies the benefit automatically. Nothing else is needed.

What if an employee leaves?

You deactivate them in the company portal and coupon access disappears immediately. The subscription price follows the band, not the number of active people on the leaving date.

How does billing work?

The subscription is billed monthly or yearly and paid by card or by bank transfer. Companies with over 100 employees are invoiced individually. Invoices are in the company portal and arrive by e-mail too.

Are the listed prices with or without VAT?

The price list is exclusive of VAT. The standard 21 % rate is added on the tax document. If you are VAT registered you reclaim it as usual; just make sure your VAT ID is filled in on the company profile.

What if my headcount changes?

Switch the band in the portal. A higher band applies at once, a lower one from the next period, at current list prices. The features stay the same.

Can I cancel the subscription?

Yes, at any time. The programme runs until the end of the paid period, then employee access closes. Nothing is charged retroactively. Companies with over 100 employees have individual terms.

How can I become a partner?

Fill in the form on the partner page. We will get in touch, walk you through the terms and prepare the profile and the coupon. Once approved, we invoice the entry fee and list you in the catalogue after payment.

How much does partnership cost?

A one-off entry fee for the catalogue listing. There is no charge for impressions or redemptions — your only other cost is the discount you offer.
